The cloud copy button is the whole point

Built the public face of a skyblock server around this. The floating-island backdrop and the cloud-shaped copy-IP control match the island theme better than a plain text field would. config.js holds the address and the six community links, and the slow logo float turns off when a visitor has reduced motion on. No database, which is what I wanted for a static host.
