Solid Discord directory, bots included

Set this up for a community that lists both Discord servers and bots. The bump and vote sorts, claimable listings, and the owner dashboard for managers were enough to replace a spreadsheet. Discord OAuth is there once you add your own keys. I would have liked the advertise page to be less PayPal-specific, but the catalog itself is what I needed.
