Wipe filters that Rust players expect

Running a Rust PC list, and the vanilla versus modded split plus gather-rate, team-size, and wipe sorts are what players ask for. SteamID64 voting with a cooldown fits this game better than a Minecraft-style vote. A2S pings show who is online, and banner plus featured slots give server owners something to buy. The owner wizard asks for query port and wipe date in UTC, which saved a support thread.
